• Lead and develop a team of approximately 30 employees in the plastic coating department
(including motivation, coaching, scheduling, and fostering a positive team culture)
• Overall responsibility for the planning, management, and continuous optimization of manufacturing processes in the plastic coating department
• Analyze process deviations and implement appropriate measures to stabilize and optimize processes
• Experience with PVD coating technologies as well as HR/AR coatings is a plus
• Ensuring quality, on-time delivery, productivity, and workplace safety
• Coordination and collaboration with customers and internal departments (including Production, QM, Engineering, Logistics, and machine manufacturers)
• Active participation in CIP, LEAN, and shop floor management initiatives
